The Towns We Get To
We're based in West Chester and run calls out to the towns around it, listed here alphabetically so you can find yours: Avondale, Berwyn, Bethel, Boothwyn, Broomall, Brookhaven, Chadds Ford, Chester Heights, Chesterbrook, Coatesville, Devon, Downingtown, Exton, Glenmoore, Kennett Square, Kimberton, Lima, Lionville, Malvern, Media, Middletown, Newtown, Paoli, Pocopson, South Coatesville, Swarthmore, Thorndale, Toughkenamon, Unionville, and Wayne.
We don't have a shop in any of these - we travel there from West Chester, and the closest of them (Pocopson, Exton, Chadds Ford) are about a 5-6 mile drive, while the farther ones (Swarthmore) run closer to 14.
What changes town to town isn't really the service, it's the housing. Across the service area as a whole, the housing stock runs from 1938 to 1996 with a median build year around 1960, and most of it clusters in the 1960s-70s wave. A town closer to that median tends to have more original torsion hardware and steel doors from the same era, while pockets built later lean toward lighter-gauge panels and openers that are easier to source parts for. Knowing roughly when a neighborhood went up tells us what to expect before the truck even leaves.
